Access to the documents of the investments managed by Investment Shipping LLC., such as the research, reports, information, offer and recommendation produced and distributed by Investment Shipping LLC.,, is granted only to such prospective investors that Investment Shipping LLC., has previously vetted and provided the status of the Authorized User. Authorized Users may be provided with access to the aforementioned documents. Authorized Users are not allowed to distribute, disseminate or otherwise market the documents without the prior written express approval of Investment Shipping LLC.

Investment Shipping LLC., retains the right to reject any application from any person (legal or natural) to become an Authorized User and shall not liable to explain to the said person the rationale behind such rejection.
